* Stimulation of the blood circulation that carries oxygen and nutrients to the cells.

* Stimulation of the lymphatic system that cleans and removes waste from the body.

* Prevention and relief of muscle cramps and spasms.

Massage therapy can also aid regarding ailments such as arthritis, sciatica or painful muscle spasms.

Having a relaxation massage will help maintain the physical and emotional wellbeing.
