What are the conditions of cancelation?

At Vitanova, we understand that appointments cannot always be kept. In case of cancelation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance in order to enable us to give the appointment to another client.

If we are not contacted and the service is already paid (gift certificate or package offer), we will consider it as served and won't be able to refund.

Make sure that your appointment fits into your schedule by booking it in advance.
